Both begin at the motor duct, cup, and filter. On 94V5, inspect the rubber nozzle and long-charge base path; on 2389, return the cup flap inside its channel and clear the powered roll only if fitted. Never assign cord, reel, upright belt, or full-size powerhead repair to either hand vacuum.Identify 94V5 rubber-nozzle/base charging versus 2389 lithium-ion battery and powered-tool construction. Test motor duct, cup, and filter on both; use the base path only for 94V5 and the cup-flap and removable-roll checks only for 2389. Neither has a cord reel.
