Model issues and repair guidance
Start a red brush indication at the anti-wrap roll, but still remove fibers from both ends, check free rotation, and clear the chamber and inlet. If floor pickup returns yet the base will not evacuate, move to the dock bag, transfer channel, seals, and robot-to-base alignment. Navigation faults require wheel, bumper, lidar-area, and sensor cleaning. A dry or uneven mop uses a separate tank, feed, pad, and wash-area branch before pump, battery, or control-board diagnosis.A red brush indication starts at the anti-wrap roll ends, free-spin, chamber, and inlet. Diagnose dock bag, channel, seals, and alignment separately from pickup; use wheels and sensors for navigation, and tank, feed, pad, and wash area for dry mopping.
