Model issues and repair guidance

Use the handle-release wand to determine whether the loss is in the above-floor route or the base. Weak flow at the hose requires a tank, separator, filter, hose, and connection check; good hose flow with poor floor cleaning moves to the lower hose, 13-inch foot, roll, belt, and height setting. For a nonturning brush, remove the access plate, clear the air passage, and make sure one flick spins the roll several turns before considering the motor.Compare wand or hose flow with floor pickup. Weak flow there moves to tank, separator, filters, hose, and connections; good flow with poor carpet cleaning moves to lower hose, 13-inch foot, roll, belt, and height. Check brush free-spin before motor work.
