Model issues and repair guidance
With this short upright, isolate pickup at the hose before assuming the compact floorhead is at fault. Strong hose flow directs attention to the lower hose, 10-inch foot, brush roll, and belt; weak flow directs attention to the cup, separator, and filters. Clear the rear-stowed wand independently because debris can lodge there without affecting the motor test. Verify the roll turns freely and the belt is intact before any motor or electrical diagnosis.Test suction at the hose first. Strong flow sends you to the lower hose, compact foot, brush, and belt; weak flow sends you to the cup, separator, and filters. Clear the rear wand separately, and confirm brush free-spin before motor work.
