Model issues and repair guidance
Begin with the four-filter and cyclone stack: empty the bottom-hinged cup, clear the cyclone, wash only as directed, dry everything for at least 24 hours, and lock the cup back into place. Then compare suction at the motor duct, hose inlet, hose, wand, and nozzle. If hose flow is sound but the powered floor brush stops, clear its channel, verify roll free-spin, and inspect the belt inside the foot. Treat push-button cord rewind as a separate travel fault.Service the cup, cyclone, and four filters, dry them at least 24 hours, then compare motor duct, hose inlet, hose, wand, and nozzle flow. If hose suction remains but the powered brush stops, clear its channel and inspect roll and belt; test reel travel separately.
