Model issues and repair guidance
Identify the label before selecting a repair branch: 1311–1315 are two-in-one sticks with a removable powered foot, while 1316/1318 are Reach hand-vac variants. The shared starting point is the hand unit—test at its opening, then empty the cup and clean and dry the filter. Only the stick versions proceed to the foot channel, roll, end caps, and connection. Match the charger to the voltage label before assessing charge lights, battery, or switch.Read the label first: 1311–1315 add a powered stick foot, while 1316/1318 are Reach hand vacs. Test the hand unit, cup, and dry filter on all versions; only sticks proceed to foot and roll checks. Match charger voltage before battery work.
