Model issues and repair guidance
This compact purifier places potassium-iodide carbon and HEPA media in the shorter Junior cartridge, so use the cabinet's correct filter and seal rather than a full-size part. Start with the washable prefilter surface and the cartridge-to-cabinet seal, then compare low, medium, and high. If only one speed is missing, trace the selector and leads. If airflow stays low with a correctly seated filter, inspect the fan wheel and motor without adding floor-machine repairs. The compact potassium-iodide carbon and HEPA cartridge must seat without bypass. Test low, medium, and high after seating the filter. A single missing speed follows the switch circuit; weak flow at every speed follows filter, seal, fan, or motor.
