After payment and the reserved time are verified, a short confirmation lets you return to the homepage. If your confirmation text is on its way, it tells you to check your cellphone for your repair details and tracking link. Returning home does not cancel a confirmed visit.

If you chose text updates, the booking text includes your order reference and a private tracking link. Text messages are optional. Keep the link private: it gives access to your order’s status, appointment and deposit status.
Check the current status
The tracking link lets you view updates. It cannot authorize payments or change the repair, and it does not show your photos or contact details. A preliminary AI result is not the final repair estimate. Extra work and charges still need your approval.
